Higher Education.
1. I agree with Sir William Peel's proposed amendments: in 14 (iv) the word "been" as well as "assuming" will need deletion.
2. I agree also with Mr. S.W. Jones' amendments except that I cannot work in the word "allocation" as he suggests in his final suggestion.
3. I suggest for consideration the following small amendments, mostly grammatical:-
Section 2 line 2, add "which" after "part".
Section 5 (c) I do not quite like "other neighbouring places": I suggest "and East Asia generally".
Section 10 last sentence "continuance of.that University"
suggested.
Section 13 delete comma after "enemy".

Section 14(I) penultimate line add a comma after "college".

(III) "Facilities should be established" would carry on the gramma of the other subsections.
(IV) Delete "We also recommend that" and begin
"The fullest use should be" (for the same grammatical reason).
Section 17 Last line but two, add a comma after
"establishment".
